Coaching
Coaching helps clients to reflect on themselves and their problems through effective questions, analytical methods, trust and confidence, thus enabling sustainable change and further development.
My coaching approach is primarily person- and goal-oriented and helps to question previous ways of thinking and acting and to actively and sustainably embark on new paths. To this end, I draw on neuroscientific and psychological findings, modern coaching methods and my professional experience as a senior HR business partner.
In terms of content, as a business coach I focus on new beginnings in the professional context, such as:
- Career Coaching: Creating a clear understanding of one’s own goals and competencies in the job, planning the next step
- Application & Job Hunting: Finding the job of your choice with guidance and counselling throughout the application process
- Job Start: Planning and designing starting to work or coming back after illness, parental leave or sabbatical
- New Manager: Developing solutions and strategies for challenges as a “first time manager” or newly appointed manager
Process
Get to know
Before any collaboration, I take the time for a free personal meeting to better understand the goals and expectations of my clients and to discuss the collaboration with you and mutually agree if it is “a match”.
Change
A coaching session takes 60-90 minutes. Depending on your goals, single coaching appointments as well as several sessions can be agreed on.
My coaching style is empathetic and creative, but also challenging and on-point. I give impulses and structure as well as space for silence and reflection.
Feedback
In a final meeting we evaluate to which extend you have achieved your goals and reflect on what you have learned and new insights.
For quality control purposes, I also ask for an assessment of the coaching process you have gone through.
I offer individual coaching via video call independent from your location, on-site coaching is possible on request.
