As a professional business coach, I help people who want to build their remote career achieve their personal and work goals and be their most successful, fullfilled selves.
I have been working as a Senior People Business Partner in global, remote environments for years now and experienced first hand how rewarding, but also how challenging remote work and collaboration can be. Helping individuals and organisations to achieve their ambitious goals and to continuously develop is something I truly enjoy! I approach coaching in a structured, challenging and solution-oriented way. At the same time, I love to give my work a fun, creative and often Japan-inspired twist.
Educational Background:
I was trained at the Munich Business Coaching Institute by Dr. Evelyn Albrecht (2022) and I am accredited by DBVC, IOBC and QRC. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to my professional coaching training, I continuously expand my knowledge in further education and supervision.
I hold a masters degree European Economic Studies (2017).
