As a professional business coach, my goal is to support my clients in their (professional) new starts. I was trained at the Munich Business Coaching Institute by Dr. Evelyn Albrecht and I am accredited by DBVC, IOBC and QRC. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to my professional coaching training, I continuously expand my knowledge in further education and supervision.
I have been working for years as a Senior HR Business Partner in international work environments, helping organisations and their talents to achieve their ambitious goals and to continuously develop. My way of working is at all times structured, challenging and solution-oriented. At the same time, I love to give my work an original, creative and often Asian-inspired twist. I particularly enjoy exploring new ideas, critically questioning conventional approaches and thoughts and instead treading unknown paths.
In doing so, I am aware from my own experience how difficult it can be to embark on a completely new journey alone or as first person ever in your own personal bubble: I myself, being the first person to pursue academic studies and a corporate career, gave up my familiar environment, mastered academic and professional challenges and thus learned new ways of thinking and acting that help me to fulfil both professional and private goals and desires.
